Residential use – lifetime guarantee

Thank you for purchasing your The Luxury Bath Company handmade product.

We are pleased to offer you the following product guarantee, which is in addition to your statutory rights.

We guarantee that from the date of purchase for the lifetime of our products, our stoneware products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship subject to the following conditions:-

  • The guarantee will be activated and become valid only after you have taken receipt of our products and paid for them in full.

  • The guarantee only extends to baths, basins and shower trays installed in residential accommodation for domestic use.  It does not cover commercial or business use.

  • The guarantee does not apply in the event of;

    • Any misuse or maltreatment of the product.

    • Accidental damage or scratches to the product.

    • Failure to follow the recommendations set out in our user manuals.

    • Any form of damage on installation.

    • Improper use or care.

    • Installations where the water temperature exceeds 70 degrees Celsius.

  • The products must have been installed by a plumber with appropriate accreditations and qualifications to install them and accepted by us as such at the time of purchase. That plumber must have followed the installation instructions supplied by us.

  • The guarantee is limited to the replacement or (at our option) the repair of the product, on one occasion only.

  • The guarantee benefits the original purchaser of the product at its point of original installation only.  It is not transferable either as to owner or location.
