New Shower Tray
Spoke with Luxury Bath Company over the phone prior to ordering my new shower tray online. Received really helpful advice that assisted in determining which product to buy. The shower tray was delivered on time and was well packaged preventing any damage. A further call to LBC was made to clarify installation instructions and again I received really helpful advice. In summary a brilliant service and a quality product. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service, found the information provided incredibly helpful and then a conversation with an incredibly knowledgable and helpful team member reassured me that this was the right company to purchase our stone bath through even without seeing it in person. Delivery was arranged on time and we couldn’t be happier with the quality!

Had a cowboy builder unbeknownst to me…
Had a cowboy builder unbeknownst to me fitted a rubbish shower tray and didn't level properly. Only two trays on line matched dimensions, didn't really want to order on line without seeing. Took a gamble and ordered. Absolutely delighted with quality, delivery and price.
Stunning bath
Absolutely delighted with my Lowry freestanding stone bath in matt white. The shape and size are perfect, looks stunning and I love the feel of the matt stone. Customer service was fantastic - sending me the waste early whilst holding back delivery of the bath until we were ready, which ended up being 2 months after point of ordering. When delivery was made bath was well packaged and dropped as close to the door as possible (we have a gravel drive so not great for pallet delivery). I chose this bath as it was not as heavy as some of the other ones I had looked at which were weighing in at 150kg!
