Crafted from the whitest of natural stone and shaped in a breathtaking minimalist design, the Hockney is a seamless solid stone anti-slip and acoustic resistant shower tray. Manufactured from our non-porous natural stone, this 1200 x 900 rectangular shower tray is easy to maintain and keep in an as-new condition. It arrives ready for floor installation and, to put the icing on the cake, comes with a complementary chrome waste cover.

Standard small sized items – £9.00

• Small items include taps, showers, and accessories.
• Nationwide* next day delivery for orders placed before 2pm.
• One man delivery to the front door by standard courier service between 07:30am to 6.00pm.

Standard medium sized items – £35.00

• Medium items include natural stone basins, bathroom furniture and shower trays
• Nationwide* next day delivery for orders placed before noon.
• One man delivery to the kerbside as close to the front door as possible standard courier service between 07:30am to 9.00pm.
• The Luxury Bath Company requests a minimum of one person available to take delivery.

 

Standard large sized items – £95.00

• Large items include freestanding baths.
• Nationwide* 5 – 7 days delivery for orders placed before noon.
• One man delivery service to the kerbside as close to the front door as possible standard courier service between 07:30am to 6.00pm.
• The Luxury Bath Company requests a minimum of one person is available to take delivery.
• Pallet delivery by vehicle with tail-lift

Express large sized items – £130.00

• Large items include freestanding baths.
• Nationwide* 3 – 5 days delivery for orders placed before noon.
• One man delivery service to the kerbside as close to the front door as possible standard courier service between 07:30am to 6.00pm.
• The Luxury Bath Company requests a minimum of one person is available to take delivery.
• Pallet delivery by vehicle with tail-lift

Further important delivery information

Please include your contact number and email address when you place an order or email it to sales@theluxurybathcompany.co.uk as soon as possible. The delivery team use this information to contact you regarding the delivery.

The couriers will contact you within 24 hours* of placing your order with The Luxury Bath Company to arrange a convenient date and two-hour delivery window. They’ll contact you again on the morning of the delivery to confirm the delivery time slot.

*Please note the delivery lead times are working days, so weekend orders are processed the next working day.

Your luxury bathroom products are delivered using a 3.5 tonne vehicle, if there are any access restrictions to or in the vicinity of your home, please let the courier company know in advance. We only use our own employees to ensure lorries are packed and strapped correctly, unlike Pallet services.

If no one is present at the property to receive your items on the agreed date and time, you will be contacted to reschedule the delivery. This will incur the same delivery costs as per the original order.

When your products are delivered the driver allows 15 minutes to inspect them for damage or quality issues. Any problems MUST be notified on receipt of the item as signing the POD will indicate the goods have been received in good condition and without damage (or defect).

The Luxury Bath Company highly recommends you delay booking your bathroom installers until the goods are received in full.

Please note that it is the Customer’s responsibility to inform of us in Customer Comments of any of the following restrictions at the point of delivery.  This will include the following :-

• • • Time Restrictions for Loading at delivery address and/or;
    • Restrictions for Vehicle Loading ie/ Red Line Zones; Gravel Drives or Restricted Lanes/Access requiring a Small Van;

In the event we are not informed and it results in a failed delivery by the courier a second fully payable delivery charge will be payable.

The Luxury Bath Company strive to support our customer’s on their current/future projects. Accordingly we are willing to accept Orders with delivery being requested on a future date.  This can be specified in the ‘Order Notes’ on the checkout page.

 

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, please call our customer care team on 0203 44 15751 to discuss how to return goods to The Luxury Bath Company.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after delivery. To exercise your right of cancellation you must give written notice to returns@theluxurybathcompany.co.uk

It’s important returned goods are in the same condition as you received them in and remain in the original packaging too. Non-faulty items will only be accepted if they are determined to be in original condition, and within 30 days of the delivery date. Your money will be refunded within 28 days of cancellation, minus the delivery costs for collection.
